Dancer Endurance Grand has addressed criticism of her relationship with Afronitaa, emphasizing that external opinions hold no sway over the strong bond they share. Despite the public talks, Endurance and Afronitaa have cultivated a sisterly connection that remains unshaken. In a recent interview on Joy Prime’s Changes show, Endurance debunked any rumors of discord, saying that misunderstandings between friends should not be blamed on external factors. By highlighting the inevitable human tendency to err, she underscored the strength of their friendship.

Navigating the dance industry together has posed challenges for Endurance and Afronitaa, as they often face unwarranted comparisons and judgments. However, they consciously choose to focus on their individual growth and aspirations, acknowledging their unique styles and different interests.“For Dani and me, nothing has ever been wrong. I feel like whatever happens in life between two friends is never our fault. It’s not what the public will say about the two of us that will define how I still feel about Afronita. Nothing of that sort has ever changed,” she insisted.

She values how she and Afronitaa choose to interpret and respond to such feedback, prioritizing their emotional connection and mutual respect. Despite Afronitaa’s departure from the Dance with Purpose (DWP) academy, Endurance affirms that their friendship remains intact, grounded in mutual understanding and support.“We text and talk when we have to. It’s just that Dani has to do Dani and I have to do me. We’re human beings; sometimes when I see it, I don’t feel happy about it, and I’m sure that when she sees it, she equally doesn’t feel happy about it. It’s just so unfortunate that in this industry we’re in, people turn to compare creative. So, I’ve come to realise that it will always happen,” she said.
