The Assin Central NPP leader , Mr . Kennedy Agyapong has Emphatically declared his unwavering support for Dr. Bawumia , the presidential candidate for the National Patriotic Party (NPP).
In the campaign to solicit votes for the people of Abossey Okai , Mr. Kennedy Agyapong mounts the platform to share a few encouraging words with the voters.
Kennedy Agyapong in his words , made it known to the masses that NPP supporters should not be divided on the bases that they feel ill treated by the party.
For it is never like that. The members of the party should stand together to retain the power and not be divided. He made it known that , he lost in the NPP presidential race to Dr. Bawumia but that doesn’t mean he is no longer an NPP member. Rather ,it gives him the opportunity to also rally behind the presidential candidate to help gain victory for the party and the people of Ghana.
In his words, he said “I will be a selfish person if I don’t step out to campaign for Bawumia”.
He also said that losing the presidential race to Bawumia doesn’t make him a loser but if he decides to leave the party as a result of that , then he becomes a bad loser.
So , others should see him as an example and come back to support the party as one big Ghana to retain power for the betterment of the nation.
